Computers
Public-use computers are available throughout the library.
Internet Use Policy
Second Floor - 14 computers with access to the library catalog, Internet and reference databases. Three of the computers, located across from the Information Desk, also have MS Office software. An additional four workstations designated for word processing, spreadsheet and presentation applications are located behind the elevator shaft.
First Floor - 6 computers with access to the library catalog, Internet and reference databases are available in the Children's Library, one with MS Office software. Additonal workstations designated for word processing, spreadsheet and presentation applications are located in the computer lab located behind the YA reading area.
Printing is available at most of the computers. The first 5 pages are free. Please consider a donation of $.10 a page after that.
Wireless Network
A wireless network has been installed throughout the library. It is available for library users with appropriately equipped and configured laptop computers.
Copiers and Microfilm/Microfiche Reader/Printer
There are two public-use copiers in the room behind the Information Desk on the second floor and one in the Children's Library. Copies are $.10 each. Paper sizes of 8 1/2" x 11", 8 1/2" x 14", and 11" x 17" are available. Copiers also have the capability to enlarge and reduce images. The library does not have a color copier or scanner. The library has a microfilm/microfiche reader/printer in the copier room in the Adult Department.
Fax Machine
A fax machine for your use is located at the Information Desk on the second floor. We ask that you consider a donation of at least $1.00 depending on the length and destination of your fax.
Meeting Rooms
There are several different free rooms available for group meetings. Please contact the business office if you would like to reserve any of the following:
Seminar room - for a group of 6 - 10
Children's Program Room - for medium sized groups
Friends Room - for large groups
