Join Rachel "Nerdygirlyogi" for an all levels chair yoga class. We will spend the majority of the class seated, but will also stand occasionally for balance poses and use the chair as a prop. Expect to learn breathing techniques, chant mantras, and learn meditation and energy medicine. All bodies and experience are welcome. Nothing is required but an open mind 10-10:45am weekly.
