2022 Summer Reading Program

Welcome to the SWPL 2022 Summer Reading Challenge!! 
For children in preschool - 5th grade


In collaboration with the South Windsor Public School System, we encourage children from preschool through grade 5th to continuing reading for 20 minutes each day throughout the summer.
SWPL has created a reading game card to make it simple and fun for your child to participate in the reading program.
Once you have registered, stop by the library for your first Summer Reading Game Card.

Educational Resources for Online Learning

While the library offers a variety of free digital resources throughout the year, we have created a list of additional free educational resources and activities that will keep children, and adults, entertained during this time of social distancing. This list is ongoing and will be added to periodically.
